About these terms
These terms apply when you use the Purrbly site or buy from us. The store is operated by Purrbly.
Orders and prices
Prices are in US dollars for delivery to the United States and in Canadian dollars for delivery to Canada. Your order is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation. If a price or product is listed in error, we’ll contact you and you can choose to continue or cancel for a full refund.
Products and photos
Product photos on a plain background come from the maker and show the product we ship; colours can vary slightly between screens. The photos of products in a home are illustrations made for Purrbly to show each product in use and to scale. They, along with Fig, the type plates, the room and the films, are not photos of customers’ cats or homes.
The quiz and match scores
The quiz, types and match scores are a playful shopping guide based on your answers. They are not veterinary or behavioural advice. If you’re worried about your cat’s health or behaviour, please talk to your vet.
Safe play
Supervise play with wands and toys with strings, attachments or batteries, and put them away afterwards. Check products regularly for wear and stop using anything that is damaged. Follow the mounting instructions for window and wall products, and check suction cups and fixings regularly.
Shipping and returns
Our shipping policy and our returns policy form part of these terms.
Liability
We are responsible for providing products as described. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
