Custom Cat Photo Blanket: questions, answered
How do I send you the photo?
After you order, we email you at the address you used at checkout to ask for the photo. Reply with a clear, well-lit picture of your cat; a phone photo is fine. We start making it when the photo arrives, which adds a few business days before it ships.
What kind of photo works best?
A sharp, well-lit, close photo of your cat’s face or whole body, taken in daylight. A phone photo is fine. If your photo is too small to print well, we will tell you before anything is made.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Allow time for your photo, a few days of making and delivery. For Christmas, we suggest ordering by mid-November. The product page shows estimated dates.
Can I return a personalised item?
Because it is made with your own photo, a personalised item can only be returned if it arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered. Email us with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll work it out with you.
