What size cat does it fit?
It is about 20 in (50 cm) across and 9 in (23 cm) high, and the tunnel suits cats up to about 9 lb (4 kg). Bigger cats tend to use the dip on top as a bed.
How do I clean it?
Spot clean with a damp cloth. Felt does not go in the washing machine.
Does it come assembled?
It arrives packed flat and zips together into the donut shape. It takes about a minute.
My cat hides a lot. Is that a problem?
Hiding is normal cat behavior, and a cat with a good hiding place is usually a calmer, more sociable cat. If hiding is new or comes with not eating, talk to your vet.
